Mama's Milk Tea

Mama’s Milk tea has been expertly formulated using a blend of herbs traditionally used to increase breast milk supply. Herbs such as Fenugreek seed and Fennel seed aid breast milk production and taken together can also reduce gas and stomach upset. This tea is also rich in vitamins and minerals further supporting lactation and healthy milk flow, and to soothe your baby’s digestion.

Ingredients

Fenugreek Seed, Fennel Seed, Red Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Blessed Thistle, Alfalfa Leaf, Chamomile Flowers.

How to Use

Place 1 heaped teaspoon into a teapot with an infuser or cafetière. Add 1 cup of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups per day. Caution: Avoid in pregnancy.
