Liquid Iron

Viridian Liquid Iron contains a fully-certified vegan and organic source of iron extracted from Murraya koenigii leaves, together with vitamin C, from organic acerola cherries.  This formula is pleasant-tasting and suitable for all the family, including during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Iron is essential for the healthy production of red blood cells and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal cognitive function.

Four teaspoons (approximately 20ml) typically provides: Organic Murraya Koenigii Leaf providing Iron 20mg, Organic Acerola Cherry Powder providing Vitamin C 80mg.

How to Use

As a food supplement for adults, take 2 to 4 teaspoons daily. For children aged 3-5 years, take 1 teaspoon daily, and children aged 6-12 take 2 teaspoons daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
