Delivery & Returns

Our delivery prices and information are as follows:

UK Free Delivery over £40

Please allow up to seven working days for delivery.  Available on all items except Special Offer items.  Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.

UK Delivery Under £40

This service costs £3.90 for 1st class post within the United Kingdom     

UK Tracked Delivery

This service costs £3.90. Delivery within 72 hours.  Service includes a ‘Leave Safe’ Option.  Fully tracked from despatch to delivery.

UK Next Day Delivery

The cost of  this service is £9.50. Order by 3.30 pm (excluding Saturday ,Sunday and Bank Holidays) for delivery before 1pm next day.

International Delivery

International delivery for all countries outside the UK is at a standard rate of £15.50.  Please allow up to 15 days for delivery, although this will depend on customs clearance and may take longer.   We endeavor to send out all orders, however should the actual delivery cost greatly exceed the charged cost, we reserve the right to contact you and request extra payment.  You will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order if this is the case.

Telephone Orders

We welcome orders via the telephone.  Call 0161 439 9856 to place your order.  Delivery cost will be given at the time of ordering according to your delivery requirements.  This service is available Mon – Sat, 9am – 5.30pm. 
All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Product Variations

Products may differ slightly from the images shown.  We endeavor to keep images current but manufacturers may alter product packaging from time to time. 
Occasionally a product may be out of stock.  We will let you know if this is the case and recommend an alternative.   This does not affect your statutory rights.


We are happy to accept returns, but do request that orders are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.   It is your responsibility to return items to us, and request that you use a “recorded” service to allow you to trace the returned item if necessary.  We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.   
To return an item you must include the delivery note or a copy of your e-mail invoice with the goods.  Goods must be returned in appropriate packaging.
